Changing up my diet, from “whole foods” to one based on frozen meals. I am a creature of procrastination, laziness, and sloth. So, why not work it to my advantage? There are PLENTY of decent options in the frozen foods section; I just look for ones that have veggies in it, add some of my own frozen or diced up veggies, and it’s a complete meal to help me meet my minimum 4-6 servings of veggies per day, with tangerines for brunch to help meet my vitamin C and fruit allowance. Not doing anything special, a little bit of everything, if it’s on sale and has veggies in it, I’ll eat it. Cottage cheese, sauerkraut, diet soda to help keep hunger and snack queues in check. #hungry #frozenfood #frozenmealsdoneright #weightloss #eatingless #gettinghealthy #gettinghealthier
