My #HRT levels have significantly improved, probably due to losing weight, because my dose remains the same, and my diet still ain't the best. My #weightloss hasn't progressed much below 160, with a goal weight somewhere around 125-130. I am scheduling a consultation to get my metabolism measured sometime soon. In the mean time, while not trying to confuse body positivity with fat acceptance (I wrote a blog entry about that, visit my blog at my profile link for that), I need to stop punishing my body for what it isn't, and start treating it better with what is. Maybe keto is just too much fat to consume for my body—and transfer some of my fat macros to protein?
